KeePass is a very proven and feature-rich password manager and there is nothing fundamentally wrong with it. However, it is written in C# and therefore requires Microsoft's. Which password database formats are compatible with KeePassXC? On systems other than Windows, you can run KeePass using the Mono runtime libraries, but you won't get the native look and feel which you are used to KeePassXC, on the other hand, is developed in C++ and runs natively on all platforms giving you the best-possible platform integration. KeePassXC currently uses the KeePass 2.x (.kdbx) password database format as its native file format in versions 3.1 and 4. Database files in version 2 can be opened, but will be upgraded to a newer format.

If nothing else works, please report your issue using the Send Feedback link from Authenticator app settings.Refer to your previous software manual for more information. You can recreate the CSV by pasting your content in the CSV template file. To verify the integrity of CSV data, ensure that the first row contains a header with three columns: URL, username, and password, and ensure that each row contains a value in the URL and password columns. If we don’t currently support importing the format of your password manager, you could try creating your CSV file manually using the steps in Export by creating a CSV, above. Hopefully whatever caused the bad formatting was a temporary issue.
